We are looking for Senior Cabinet Engineers with at least 5+ years of cabinet engineering experience who is ready to take on a key technical position that requires understanding throughout the design, production, installation, and logistical stages of the kitchen manufacturing process.

Your Background

• You’re proficient with interpreting architectural and design drawings, with a strong sense of technical understanding,
• You have a high attention to detail,
• You love learning personally and professionally and you seek to always improve and better yourself,
• You can see the bigger picture at 30,000 feet and can zero in on the details without getting stuck,
• You desire to work in a fast-paced team and drive change with multiple projects that contribute to the greater good of the team and organization,
• You’re a technology titan with experience in Cabinet Vision (5+ years), and/or other cabinet manufacturing software,
• You have the willingness to learn and live the organizational values.

What you’ll get to do (but not limited to)

• Generate production packages including cut-lists, material reports, and production drawings,
• Review files for completeness of information and correct discrepancies,
• Price custom cabinet/millwork requests from Designers,
• Manage, price, and approve project change orders on existing projects,
• Help implement improvements for production processing,
• Dissect and understand where production errors occur,
• Brainstorm ideas/ways to improve project processing and production.

$45-60k Based on experience
