Join Our Team

The Project Coordinator is the spider-in-the-web for all Customer Projects and is responsible for delivering absolute clarity to our customers. What is going to happen when, how and by whom? After placing an order, you will be the dedicated go-to contact for customers and address all their questions and concerns, as well as pro-actively provide them with timely updates on their project.


Your Responsibilities

  • Exceed customers’ expectations by providing full transparency about the progress of their order
  • Responding to all customer enquiries and concerns. You will be the dedicated go-to person delivering customer delight
  • Scheduling and coordinating project milestones such as measurement, delivery, installation, service, and warranty
  • Preparing contracts for renovation projects
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders such as sales, production, and installers to ensure the project is delivered on time, and on budget
  • Ensuring orders are appropriately picked up and managed per defined processes
  • Quality control and on-site supervision for all installations and services
  • Live the brand and company culture, providing customers with an accessible, empowering, inspiring and fun experience when buying a kitchen
  • Creating project reports
  • Creating a continuous improvement loop to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of kitchen cabinetry measurement, production, delivery, and installation, working closely together with all stakeholders in the organization
  • Responsible for keeping CRM up to date at every step of the project
  • Any related job responsibilities as per the discretion of the manager
  • Identifying any issues, coming up with solutions, implementing those solutions, and evaluating their effectiveness


Your Qualifications

  • Extremely comfortable communicating with customers overall communication channels (phone, email, web)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Customer-oriented
  • Computer-savvy and comfortable with new technology and software
  • Team player and able to work with different personalities and job-responsibilities
  • Ability to think quickly on your feet and connect external questions with internal knowledge and resources
  • Ability to behave and communicate in a manner that is brand-aligned
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role



$50,000 – $60,000 a year
