Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Install cabinets, crown, trim, kicks and other onsite installation requirements
  • Follow job schedule as assigned by scheduler arriving promptly onsite between 8 – 8:30
  • Install custom cabinets in assigned job sites by following cabinetry plans listed in Install Package
  • Cross reference job site installation paperwork with the actual job site
  • Work closely with other team members or independently on site in a team environment to complete jobs in a timely quality driven manner
  • Ensure clients are conformable while the job is being installed and completed
  • Answer any basic client questions or concerns directing specific job related questions back to the designer
  • Communicate often and effectively with office scheduler and sales designer for any site questions
  • Submit paperwork daily to reference work completed or parts required to compete the job
  • Go back to perform repairs and service if needed and as scheduled
  • Pick up “Service” materials from main distribution center and map out route to each job site as arranged by scheduler
  • Apply lessons learned to future situation and foster GREAT internal and external customer service

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must have 2 years’ experience with cabinet installation or related millwork experience
  • Must have excellent internal and external customer service skills and be quality driven
  • Must have strong attention to detail and be service oriented
  • Must be able to work independently and be reliable
  • Program completion for carpentry or cabinet making/joining is an asset
  • Should be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs at least
  • Should have no issue bending, kneeling or standing for long periods of time
